Fontanella is popular with everyone. Tourist coming to Malta knows about it and visit while at Mdina. World famous for its cakes and commanding views of the island over the fortification walls. "Il-Veduta" is a Maltese name. In English it means "The View". The restaurants lies at the edge of the cliffs adjacent to the Mdina ditch.
